Hi everyone! Thank you for checking out my page. I want to tell you about myself. Since my childhood I had been doing a lot of diferent kinds of sports and I always wanted to become a coach, but instead I starting studiyng computer sience at the University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. During those years I was introduced to powerlifting . My sport helped me to become stronger not only physically, but mentally as well. I had learned to overcome all life's obstacles and achieve my goals. I became more disciplined and improved the quality of my life. After 2 years of training I won my first European championship and later I won the World Championship.
Shortly after I realized that I have to persue my dream of helping people to achieve their goals, so I droped out of the University and decided to start my career as a coach in 2014. My first workplace was one of the best fitness clubs in Minsk called "EvoWellness". I really grew as a coach there, because I constantly attended various seminars and trainings organized by the club as well as fitness conventions. When I moved to the US, I continued my studies and got certificated as a powerlifting coach. My style of training is mostly a functional training. Functional training develops such qualities as strength, agility, flexibility, endurance and coordination. These qualities will be useful to you not only in training but also in real life.
